• 1a. EARLY BIRD - Full Conference Registration - FFMIA member – $450.00
  FFMIA Member, early bird rate for the full conference - Includes All Classes, the exhibit hall and all social events and meetings. Closes October 3rd at midnight.
• 1b. EARLY BIRD - Full Conference Registration - Non Member – $550.00
  Full conference registration including - All classes, exhibit hall, all social events and meetings. Closes October 3rd at midnight.
• 1c. FFMIA Annual Conference Virtual Attendee – $425.00
  This is for one person to "attend" the conference via Zoom. The main lecture hall classes will be broadcast via the FFMIA Zoom link. Anyone attending the conference virtually will be emailed a Zoom registration link, approximately one week prior to the conference. Registration for virtual attendees will close when the registration link is sent (approximately Oct. 26th).
• 1d. FFMIA Member - Full Conference Registration - Regular Rate – $550.00
  FFMIA Member, regular rate for the full conference - Includes all classes, exhibit hall and all social events and meetings.
• 1e. Non-FFMIA Member Full Conference Regular Rate – $675.00
  NON-FFMIA Member, regular rate for the full conference - Includes all classes, exhibit hall and all social events and meetings.
• 1f(a): Wednesday night social event - KIDS TICKET – $125.00
  This is a meal ticket for a child under the age of 14, to attend the reception on Wednesday night November 5th.
• 1f. One (1) Wednesday night social event - Ticket – $125.00
  Price includes one ticket for those only attending this event on Wednesday November 4th, 2026. NOTE: This is already included in the price of conference registration for those attending and paying for, the full conference.
• 1g. Single Day Registration - Monday November 2nd for FFMIA Members – $225.00
  Full one day registration for the day of Monday November 2nd only for FFMIA members.
• 1h. Single Day Registration - Monday November 2nd non-member – $275.00
  The is a full registration for all conference related activities on Monday, November 2nd for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 1i. Single Day Member Registration - Tuesday November 3rd for FFMIA Members – $225.00

• 2. Conference Exhibitor – $1,000.00
  This is for conference exhibitors. Cost covers the exhibit hall hours and the exhibitor reception, and all activities for 2 individuals.
• 2a. Premium Exhibit Space – $1,250.00
  This is for a premium exhibit booth space in a high traffic area. Cost covers the exhibit hall hours, the exhibitor reception, and all activities for 2 individuals.
• 2b. Extra Exhibitor Pass - Exhibit hall ticket – $150.00
  This is for an additional exhibitor pass, or a ticket for someone who only wishes to attend the exhibit show.
• 3a. Conference Sponsorship - Bronze Level – $1,000.00

• 4aa. Conference Casino/Event Night Sponsorship – $6,000.00
  The Conference Casino Night event will be announced as sponsored by company with appropriate signage prominently throughout the entire event. Sponsors will also be given a short time to present about their company during the event.
• 4b. Wednesday Social Event Sponsorship – $10,000.00

• 4c. Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Conference Shirts or Keepsake item – $6,000.00
  Sponsorship of a conference shirt or other keepsake item with your company logo and the FFMIA logo on it. One to be given to each attendee.
• 4d. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, conference bag – $3,500.00
  This sponsorship opportunity is to have the sponsor's logo on the conference bag given to each attendee. This price is if FFMIA must produce bags. The price decreases if the sponsor provides the bags. Contact Philip Oakes at 307-631-0016 for details.
• 4e. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, conference bag – $500.00
  This price is for sponsorship of the conference bag given to each attendee. Sponsor MUST provide bags which will be pre-approved by FFMIA. Please contact Philip Oakes at 307-631-0016 prior to registering.
• 4f. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, Challenge Coins – $6,000.00
  Challenge Coins to be given to all attendees. Designed in conjunction with FFMIA with FFMIA art on one side and sponsor art on the other. Note: Must be ordered prior to October 2nd.
• 4g. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity - Daily Break – $5,000.00
  This is the sponsorship of the daily snack breaks on a particular day of the conference. Your company logo will be on signage prominently displayed throughout the event.
• 4h. Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Conference program Full Page size – $500.00
  This is to place a full page of sponsorship artwork of the sponsor's choice in the conference program.

  Your company logo on daily agenda signs posted around conference area.

• 4m. Sponsorship - Item for Attendee Bags – $500.00
  Item provided by sponsor to be placed in all attendee bags.
  
  Item must be provided to FFMIA no later than October 24th.

• 4n. Chair Drop Advertising – $750.00
  This is to have an advertising document placed on each attendee chair prior to the start of a day of classes. Company will provide advertising to FFMIA.
  
  Advertising document must be shipped and on site with FFMIA by October 24th.
• 4o. Flash Drive with Conference Presentations – $5,000.00
  Your organizations to provide flash drives with your company logo, FFMIA will add conference materials and additional presentations we collect and are able to add for attendees.
  
  A minimum of 350 Flash Drives need to be provided.
• 4p. Meet and Greet Reception Sponsorship – $4,000.00
  Attendees will gather for a reception on Sunday evening November 2nd from 6-8 pm for an informal meet-and-greet. All appropriate signage will be placed announcing the sponsorship, with sponsor also being mentioned during opening ceremonies. Sponsorships may be shared. This is a good ice-breaker for the week and an opportunity to spend one on one time with FFMIA Board members and attendees. Sponsor may be given a few minutes during the event to address attendees.
• 4q. Video Advertisement – $1,000.00
  This is to have a 30-60 second video that your company provides, played several times in the main session hall during the event. The video shall be played during various breaks through the four days of the event. Video must be provided by October 24th.
