This class well include the keys to reviewing new changes to the National Electrical Code (NEC) in regard to surge protection for fire alarm systems.
This includes:
- Introduction of NEC code changes
- Discussions of grounding and bonding
- Discussions of fire alarm surge protection requirements

Anthony Knighton is graduate from Florida State University with a BS in business management, an energetic father of four, and a technology evangelist. He started his career with Arrow Electronics and took on several roles during his 18-year employment including outside sales, warehouse management, and component engineer. Over the years, Anthony became extremely proficient in LED lighting and wireless designs in the central Florida market.
In 2015, Anthony joined Ditek in the role of Technical Sales Manager, He now travels and consults with low voltage and high voltage integrators and engineers. Providing information and technical support about the need for surge protection in applications and design.
