• 1a. EARLY BIRD - Full Conference Registration - FFMIA member – $325.00
  FFMIA Member, early bird rate for the full conference - Includes All Classes, the exhibit hall and all social events and meetings. Closes October 15th at midnight.
• 1b. EARLY BIRD - Full Conference Registration - Non Member – $400.00
  Full conference registration including - All classes, exhibit hall, all social events and meetings. Closes October 15th at midnight.
• 1c FFMIA Annual Conference Virtual Attendee – $375.00
  This is for one person to "attend" the conference via Zoom. The main lecture hall classes will be broadcast via the FFMIA Zoom link. Anyone attending the conference virtually will be emailed a Zoom registration link, approximately one week prior to the conference. Registration for virtual attendees will close when the registration link is sent (approximately Oct. 24th).
• 1c. FFMIA Member - Full Conference Registration - Regular Rate – $400.00
  FFMIA Member, regular rate for the full conference - Includes all classes, exhibit hall and all social events and meetings.
• 1d. Non-FFMIA Member Full Conference Regular Rate – $485.00
  NON-FFMIA Member, regular rate for the full conference - Includes all classes, exhibit hall and all social events and meetings.
• 1e. One (1) Wednesday night social event - Ticket – $100.00
  Price includes one ticket for those only attending this event on Wednesday November 3rd, 2021. NOTE: This is already included in the price of conference registration for those attending and paying for, the full conference.
• 1f. Single Day Registration - Monday November 1st for FFMIA Members – $125.00
  Full one day registration for the day of Monday November 1st only for FFMIA members.
• 1j. Single Day Registration - Monday November 1st non-member – $175.00
  The is a full registration for all conference related activities on Monday, November 1st for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 1k. Single Day Member Registration - Tuesday November 2nd FFMIA Members – $125.00
  Full registration for the day of Tuesday November 2nd only for FFMIA Members.
• 1L. Single Day Registration - Tuesday November 2nd Non-Member – $175.00
  The is a full registration for all conference related activities on November 6th for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 1m. Single Day Registration - Wednesday November 3rd FFMIA Member – $125.00
  Full registration for the day of Wednesday November 3rd only for FFMIA members.
• 1n. Single Day Registration - Wednesday November 7th Non Member – $175.00
  The is a full registration for all conference related activities on November 3rd for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 1o. Single Day Registration - Thursday November 4th FFMIA Member – $125.00
  Full registration for the day of Thursday November 4th only.
• 1p. Single Day Registration - Thursday November 4th Non-Member – $175.00

• 2. Conference Exhibitor – $850.00
  This is for conference exhibitors. Cost covers the exhibit hall hours and the exhibitor reception, and all activities for 2 individuals.

• 4b. Wednesday Social Event Sponsorship – $7,500.00

• 4c. Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Conference Shirts or Keepsake item – $4,500.00
  Sponsorship of a conference shirt or other keepsake item with your company logo and the FFMIA logo on it. One to be given to each attendee.
• 4e. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, conference bag – $500.00
  This prices is for sponsorship of the conference bag given to each attendee. Sponsor MUST provide bags which will be pre-approved by FFMIA.
• 4f. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, USB Flash Drives – $3,000.00
  Flash drives to be given to all attendees. Designed in conjunction with FFMIA, and loaded with conference materials. Price decreases if sponsor provides USB drives. Note: Must be ordered prior to October 1st.
• 4g. Sponsorship - Custom opportunity - Daily Break – $1,500.00
  This is the sponsorship of the daily snack breaks on a particular day of the conference. Your company logo will be on a sign prominently displayed at the break area.
• 4h. Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Conference program Full Page size – $450.00
  This is to place a full page of sponsorship artwork of the sponsor's choice in the conference program.

  Custom designed challenge coin with your company logo and the FFMIA logo on it, to be given to every attendee. Please note, this must be ordered prior to October 1st.
• 4n. Chair Drop Advertising – $750.00
  This is to have an advertising document placed on each attendee chair prior to the start of a day of classes. Company will provide advertising to FFMIA.
