Insurance Services Office: Public Protection Classification

Instructor: ISO Community Hazard Mitigation Manager Michael Morash  

(4 Contact hours approved for Fire Code Administrator, Fire Instructor and Fire Safety Inspector)

This Course will be taught by ISO Senior Field Representative and provide participants with the ability to improve their overall ISO rating. A general overview of the entire fire suppression rating schedule will be given to assist with improving the community grade. The class will focus a portion of the time on the Community Risk Reduction portion of the overall grading schedule. The class will allow participants to learn and enact polices with fire prevention, code enforcement, public education, and fire investigations to improve their community. Class will provide information on the critical importance of community risk programs and how the impact can increase their benefit to the community.
