1a. Full Seminar registration - FFMIA Member – $100.00
This is for all three days of the seminar including all educational sessions for FFMIA members.
1b. Full Seminar Registration - Non Member – $200.00
This is for all nine days of the seminar, including all education sessions for anyone who is not an FFMIA member.
2a. Commercial Advertisement - 1 minute – $100.00
Your company may provide a prerecorded video to be played during one or more of the break sessions of the event (times to be determined).
2b. Commercial Advertisement - 2 minute – $200.00
Your company may provide a prerecorded video to be played during one or more of the break sessions of the event (times to be determined).
2c. Sponsored Exhibitor Presentation - 5 minute – $300.00
Your company may present one (1) up to five-minute presentation (live or pre-recorded) on their product during one of the session breaks. The company logo will also be added to the logo sponsorship presentation.
2d. Logo Sponsorship – $150.00
Your company may provide a logo or single picture to be played with others on a continuous loop as possible during breaks, as well as prior to each day’s activities.
2e. Flash drive Sponsorship – $1,500.00
Your company will provide flash drives with your company logo, and FFMIA will add conference materials and what presentations we may share for attendees, as well as mail all materials to the attendees post conference.
3a. Seminar program sponsor - Business Card – $50.00
This is for sponsorship of the 2021 seminar program. This would allow for up to a business card sized announcement to be placed into the program (vendor to supply artwork).
3b. Seminar program sponsor - 1/4 page – $100.00
Have a sponsorship of your design placed in the FFMIA program for the conference. This is for a 1/4 page add. The program will be on the FFMIA website under the event and emailed to all participants prior to the Seminar.
3c. Seminar program sponsor - 1/2 page – $250.00
Have a sponsorship of your design placed in the FFMIA program for the conference. This is for a 1/2 page add. The program will be on the FFMIA website under the event and emailed to all participants prior to the Seminar.

Greetings everyone,

On behalf of the Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association, we present the agenda for the 2021 Miami Educational Seminar. Due to the on-going situation regarding COVID-19, and with the safety of everyone in mind, this year’s seminar will be done virtually.

In order to accommodate the maximum learning experience for students we will be hosting a series of webinars over a total of nine different days. Each day will be three hours in length for a total of 27 hours of training/CEUs. Students do not need to attend all days and all sessions but will only receive CEUS for the days/sessions they fully attend.

Please make certain when you register for the event that your email address is accurate. Prior to the start of each week, we will send out the link to all registered students, use this link as you will need it to complete the 2^nd step of the registration process and also register in Zoom. Once you complete the 2^nd step you will be sent the link and password to attend. You must be registered to attend, as well as complete the 2^nd registration step, and you must have provided an ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESS when you register.

The price for the event will be $100 for members, $200 for non-members. This will be the only pricing. So, if you attend 3 full days, 4 partial days or all 9 days in full, the price will be the same.

A record of attendees will be kept, as will the time individuals have spent in attendance (time will be recorded from the moment the individual joins the webinar until they leave). Individuals who leave a session early and are not in the class for the required length of time will not receive CEUs for that session. You also must log in from your own device multiple viewers from one device will not be registered and cannot be accepted.

We understand that these are challenging times and we want to take this opportunity to thank all of the instructors, students, the staff of the Florida Fire College, the Miami Dade Fire Department, and all the people who have helped to create this event. We understand that everyone has a strong desire to return to face to face regular classroom sessions, but this year and with current conditions that just is not possible. Thus we have put together this first rate program and we hope you will join us as we move forward and continue to provide you with exceptional training opportunities.
