     (2 Contact Hour approved for Fire Code Administrator, Fire Safety Inspector and Instructor I, II, III)

This course presents the material necessary for electrical and alarm license holders, as well as for the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to understand the basic principles of the requirements and criteria necessary to comply Managed Facility-based Voice Networks (MFVN’s).  This course will provide you with the knowledge you need to identify, understand and interpret the technology behind the latest communication protocol used by telephone and internet providers (ISP’s) for transmission of both voice and data.
