The presentation will cover: 1. Declaratory Statements and Chapter 120.  The standing of parties to apply.   Administrative Warrants and 4th Amendment Protections.  Also, Exemptions and FS 933.20 Provisions.  What is the Cause for Warrant as well as Case Law and Examples.
